There must be fairness and equal justice for all.

In the administration of justice, a lay judge has equal rights with a judge.

Equal justice and opportunities for women at all levels were essential to ensure gender equality.

The Chancellor of Justice has the duty to promote gender equality and the principle of equal treatment.

Prior to 2003 the Ministry of Justice introduced a policy promoting equal opportunities for men and women.
