Report or Final Act of the Conference

The Conference may approve a Final Act.

Like other States, on 18 July, in Rome, Madagascar signed the Statute of the International Criminal Court, as well as the Final Act of the Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries.

A maintenance Act (Act 9 of 2003) has since been passed by Parliament and signed by the State President.

In that same vein, Armenia has signed the Final Act of the Conference to Consider and Adopt Proposed Amendments to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material, the ratification of which is under way.

This year marks the thirtieth anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act, which established OSCE.

2. The Commission shall consist of representatives of States which have signed the Final Act of the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court and other States which have been invited to participate in the Conference.

According to article 7 of the Extradition Act and to bilateral extradition treaties China has signed, extraditable offences must conform to the following criteria.

(b) Whether the review of the Statutory Act on the Administration of Justice had been completed by the Constitutional Court and what final changes had been made to that Act concerning the regional justice system

The work currently under way for the removal of this reservation and amendment of the Nationality Act has now reached its final stages.
