The provisional eviction may be followed by a temporary injunction to be issued by a family court, ordering the abuser to leave the domicile permanently.

Section 21 of the Act provides details of directives that may be given by the court in making a freezing of assets order.

However, the arbitral tribunal may issue an interim measure adopting or modifying the preliminary order, after the party against whom the preliminary order is directed has been given notice and an opportunity to present its case.
