Global financial integration should be to the benefit of all countries and all peoples and we must all work together to reduce the risks of marginalization.

A system should be established by the international community that maintains International security as well as contributes to the states' rapprochement, integration, and the establishment of an open world based on mutual understanding, mutual norms and values, and cooperation.

Also, forms of international cooperation were diversifying on the regional and subregional levels, where economic integration was becoming a supplement to multilateral cooperation and assistance.

The international community should therefore seize the opportunity to turn its moral outrage into concrete action.

In similar vein, greater international support was needed for regional economic cooperation among and integration of developing countries, particularly in Africa where markets were very small.
