Consumers do not have obligations, responsibilities and duties to their fellow human beings.

An amount of 25,000 has been included for the settlement of third party liability claims.

Provision for naval transportation is made for the acquisitions of three patrol boats to be used by civilian police, liability insurance and spare parts, as well as for petrol, oil and lubricants.

Provision of 13,900 is made for third party liability insurance coverage based on a monthly rate of 290 per helicopter.

The cost estimate provides for requirements for 45 utility vehicles for local and worldwide third party liability insurance at the rates of 57 and 324 per vehicle per year, respectively.

Moreover, the paragraphs in question violated the principle of collective responsibility for the Organization's expenses set out in Article 17 of the Charter. There was no precedent for demanding that one Member State should bear sole responsibility for costs incurred when armed groups endangered United Nations peacekeeping forces.

We demand that the States primarily responsible for laying the mines outside of their territories assume responsibility for the landmines, cooperate with the affected countries to get rid of them, and contribute to defraying the costs of clearance and provide compensation for any ensuing losses and for reclaiming the effected areas for productive purposes.

The provision includes rental costs ( 63,812,400), liability insurances ( 6,070,800) and fuel ( 40,054,000) for the air fleet.

Provision for liability and war risk insurance has been made at a monthly cost of 220 per helicopter ( 7,300).
