During his visit to the Supreme Court of Justice, the Special Rapporteur noted his interlocutors apos concern at the inability of the highest court to enforce its decisions in the face of interference by the other powers of the State, in particular the Executive, and at the fact that manifestly inadmissible appeals were lodged with the Constitutional Court, as if the latter could review the final judgements of the Supreme Court.
