Article 8. Legal recognition of electronic communications

On 6 December 2004, the National Assembly adopted a new law on the press, and adopted another on 14 December on audio visual communication.

In such cases, it is not the intention of the law to require the notary or commissioner, by signing, to indicate his approval of the information contained in the electronic communication.
