The Conference of Arab Ministers of Social Affairs and Planning,

20.20 The Regional Council for Planning, Latin American and the Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES), consisting of 40 member Governments, was established in 1974.

It is the principal intergovernmental body of the Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES) and meets every four years.
