The Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights, however, specifies that both its entry into force and its verification should be immediate.

Article 3 of the Act states as follows

For example, it is required that where any workmen in an industry are bound by a collective agreement, the employer in the industry shall, unless there is a provision to the contrary in the agreement, grant terms which are not less favourable to the other workmen in that industry .
