Besides, the collective bargaining parties are bound by the Constitution when negotiating provisions to be laid down in collective agreements.

There is nothing in the law which prevents the establishment of collective schemes.

Likewise, there is nothing in the law which prevents collective strikes.

Provisions on the right to union organizing are far more concrete and detailed in branch collective contracts.

82. These same provisions are also to be found in the sectoral collective agreements.
