I urge ASEAN, in particular, to demonstrate effective regional leadership and to heighten pressure on the regime to release her and move along the path of reform.

Reform and improve management performance

The reforms currently under way in the organizations were the result of pressures from member States for greater accountability and efficiency.

MEASURES FOR THE RESTRUCTURING AND REVITALIZATION OF THE UNITED
