To that end, the parties have reached an agreement on the reciprocal opening of cultural centres.

This concludes my summary of United Nations consultations with the parties.

ESA and NASDA have agreed to grant mutual access to data from JERS 1 and ERS 1.

However, no decision has yet been taken on either side.14
