The State party should review the relevant provisions of its domestic law and bring them into line with article 4 of the Covenant.

The second paragraph of article 14 needed some work and could perhaps be regrouped with articles 24 and 29.

Some delegations suggested that the three articles should be merged into one.

The working group should consider merging article 32 with other relevant articles.
