1. There shall be one conciliator, unless the parties agree that there shall be two or more conciliators.

106. Lawyers should be granted prompt access to their clients after arrest and should on all occasions be permitted to communicate with clients in full confidentiality.

That reference to an agreement among the parties should perhaps be highlighted in the commentary.

It should also be noted that appeals are normally lodged by both (in multi accused cases all) parties.

So turn away from them. When on the Day the crier calls to the painful business,

Therefore turn away from them on the day when the announcer will call towards a severe unknown matter

So turn away from them, (O Prophet). On the Day when a caller shall call them to a thing most terrible,

So withdraw from them (O Muhammad) on the day when the Summoner summoneth unto a painful thing.

So turn away from them! The day when the Caller calls to a dire thing,

Therefore, turn away from them. On the Day when the Caller summons them to a terrible thing,

So leave them, O Muhammad . The Day the Caller calls to something forbidding,

(Muhammad), leave them alone. On the day when they will be called to a terrible punishment,

So turn (your) back on them (for) the day when the inviter shall invite them to a hard task,

so ignore them. On the Day when the Crier will call out about a horrible event,

Therefore, (O Prophet,) turn away from them. The Day that the Caller will call (them) to a terrible affair,

Notice should also be provided to other parties where their interests will be affected by the provisional measures being sought.

Another view was that arbitration should be available to the parties to a dispute, but that it should not be capable of being used by parties in order to circumvent the bases of jurisdiction set out in draft article 75 of the draft convention.

Security Council field missions should meet regularly with appropriate local civil society leaders.

However, the view was also expressed that it should not be possible for the parties to increase the obligations of the shipper.

51. International human rights standards require that such access should be prompt and that free communication between lawyer and client should be permitted.

O my son, fulfil your moral obligations, bid what is known to be right and forbid what is wrong, and bear with patience what befalls you. These are indeed acts of courage and resolve.

O my son! Keep the prayer established, and enjoin goodness and forbid from evil, and be patient upon the calamity that befalls you indeed these are acts of great courage.

O my son, perform the prayer, and bid unto honour, and forbid dishonour. And bear patiently whatever may befall thee surely that is true constancy.

O My son! establish prayer and command that which is reputable and forbid iniquity, and bear patiently whatsoever may befall thee verily that is of the firmness of affairs.

O my son! Aqim is Salat (perform As Salat), enjoin (people) for Al Ma'ruf (Islamic Monotheism and all that is good), and forbid (people) from Al Munkar (i.e. disbelief in the Oneness of Allah, polytheism of all kinds and all that is evil and bad), and bear with patience whatever befall you. Verily! These are some of the important commandments ordered by Allah with no exemption.

O my son, observe the prayer, advocate righteousness, forbid evil, and be patient over what has befallen you. These are of the most honorable traits.

Son, establish Prayer, enjoin all that is good and forbid all that is evil, and endure with patience whatever affliction befalls you. Surely these have been emphatically enjoined.

O my dear son! Establish worship and enjoin kindness and forbid iniquity, and persevere whatever may befall thee. Lo! that is of the steadfast heart of things.

O my son! Maintain the prayer and bid what is right and forbid what is wrong, and be patient through whatever may befall you. That is indeed the steadiest of courses.

My son, establish the prayer, order with honor but forbid dishonor, and bear patiently with whatever may fall upon you, indeed that is true constancy.

O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, all that is of the matters requiring determination.

My son, be steadfast in prayer. Make others do good. Prevent them from doing evil. Be patient in hardship. Patience comes from faith and determination.

O my son! keep up prayer and enjoin the good and forbid the evil, and bear patiently that which befalls you surely these acts require courage

O my dear son! Say your prayers regularly, and enjoin good, and forbid evil, and endure patiently whatever may befall you. Surely, this is something which requires firm resolve.

O my son! establish regular prayer, enjoin what is just, and forbid what is wrong and bear with patient constancy whatever betide thee for this is firmness (of purpose) in (the conduct of) affairs.
