(iii) Approved bodies wishing to construct dwellings for rent to their employees.

If so directed by the Ombudsman, an employer is required to attend meetings and supply information pertaining to the employer apos s relations with job applicants and employees.

The Directive applies to employees under 18 years of age.

The Board recommends that the Administration ensure full compliance with the established instructions on engagement of consultants.

Need to update the administrative instruction on the employment of retired staff

IV. Cases of non compliance with directives on the employment of retirees

The Act provides for the contribution by the employer of a sum equivalent to 3 per cent of the monthly total earnings of the employee.

Moreover, a difference of treatment between the two categories of staff with respect to evacuation policy was observed there was no provision for the evacuation of locally recruited staff.
