Progress and terminal reports have been prepared in a timely fashion and the Programme Management Division has followed up with substantive divisions to ensure the submission of reports.

An online resource guide has replaced the ESCAP extrabudgetary manual, clarifying procedures for the preparation of progress and terminal reports.
