Such associations can be declared unlawful for a period of two years, subject to confirmation of notification by the Tribunal, headed by a sitting judge of a high court.

Therefore, the absence of an express reference to notice of the filing of an application for recognition in article 18 did not preclude the court from issuing such notice, where legally required, in pursuance of its own rules on civil or insolvency proceedings.
