The Accounts Division continues to emphasize the need for complete and accurate data submissions in its year end instructions.

As a follow up to the mission, in June 1998, an ECA national accounts team conducted a five day training workshop, the aim of which was to familiarize Democratic Republic of the Congo national experts from various departments with the main features and structure of the 1993 System of National Accounts.

CRTS is also responsible for centralizing the national archives of satellite data and data from projects using spaceborne remote sensing.
