In some situations, collective local control or title can be more secure than titles held by individuals.

The host Government in those cases has the right to receive the assets and property related to the concession in good and operating condition.

Over that period, the Human Rights Committee has been presented with a number of cases, asking whether refugees from a former communist regime are entitled to the restoration of their confiscated properties, and if so, under what conditions.

In many countries, particularly those of the British Commonwealth, as well as others, exclusive use and occupancy of land from time immemorial gives rise to aboriginal title, a title that is good against all but the sovereign, that is, the Government of the State.

In that case, the wife shall have the full financial rights arising out of the marriage contract.

This carried with it responsibilities for business in relation to the right to property, the right to adequate housing, and the right to privacy.

The law should also provide that, unless the parties otherwise agree, a security right in future property is created when the grantor acquires rights or the right to transfer rights in such property.

(65) The insolvency law should enable a security interest to be granted for repayment of post commencement finance, including a security interest on unencumbered assets, including after acquired assets, or a junior or lower priority security interest on already encumbered assets of the estate.

This class of treaties includes other treaties concerned with the grant of reciprocal rights to nationals resident on the territory of the respective parties, including rights of acquisition of property, rights of transfer of such property and rights to acquire it by inheritance.

The technological basis has been set to speed up the titling process and launch a massive urban titling effort.

E. The right to property, inheritance and access to land

It provides for equal power of spouses married in community of property to dispose of the assets of the joint estate to contract debts for which the joint estate is liable and to administer the joint estate.

The new legislation redefines cultural and artistic property on new bases encompassing the new modes, mediums and forms of creation and all the procedural rules protecting such property.

That does not necessarily mean property rights, and I would disagree with Hernando de Soto on that question, because property rights create a lot of complications.
