In the context of a global marketplace, choice of law issues have increased for industrial property rights.

The Industrial Relations Court is a quasi judicial tribunal and does not follow strict rules of evidence.

The Institute is thus the body responsible for verifying compliance with the Industrial Property Act and other national and international norms.

Each marital partner can demand through an appeal that the court determines what is his or her portion in the joint property or one part of that property, or on the individual thing form that property.
